Bethany Shaw is an experienced personal trainer with over 14 years of experience in the fitness industry. Specialising in pre and post-natal fitness and recovery, Bethany has worked in various countries, including the UK, USA, Australia, Norway, and New Zealand. As a mother of two, she understands firsthand the unique challenges that come with pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
Bethany's approach to personal training is rooted in kindness and nurturing. She believes in supporting and lifting up her clients through education and sharing her expertise. Bethany is passionate about helping women become stronger and healthier during and after pregnancy. She is known for her personalised approach to training and her ability to create programmes that are both challenging and rewarding.
"After my first 8 weeks with Bethany as my trainer I had improved dramatically in all areas of my body. Bethany listens to what I say about how my body is in different areas on different days and ensures that I do not get any injuries. She sometimes even changes the programme she had planned. This gives me confidence. Importantly she always corrects me if I am in the wrong position for any exercise, again this ensures my safety and proper strengthening of my body. As a result it is now very rare that I suffer back or pelvic pain and I now have the tools to relieve the pain. I look forward to every session as I am learning new things all the time.
